Vacation Care Incursions

Designed for Preschool to Year 6+

We have repackaged some of our popular classroom incursions into extended format presentations for Vacation Care and Out of School Hours providers.

All our Vacation Care programs are hands-on and accessible to a wide range of ages.

Programs include:

Creepy Crawlies: minibeasts and water bugs
Super Science: giant bubbles, slime, fizz rockets and more
Terrific toys
Bee's Knees bee incursions

Important stuff

Sessions can run for a time determined by you.
We will arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the beginning of the session to set up.
We have full public liability insurance.

Pricing

Pricing for Holiday Programs and OSHC organisations includes all consumables:

Minimum callout: (includes up to two sessions, with up to 50 children in total) $545 + GST.
3+ sessions $275 + GST per session.

Terms and Conditions:

An estimation of the total cost of the incursion will be made based on current or projected student numbers at the time of booking. Cancellations made 5 or less business days before the date of the incursion will be charged for 50% of the estimated cost of the incursion.

Schools 40 KM+ from Ascot Vale may incur a travel surcharge, please discuss this with us when you book.
